Palm coast has grown too quickly. The county Flagler is the fastest growing in the country. Schools are crowded. Infastructure not keeping up with
population explosion. No retail to speak of, retail and construction jobs only.
When Palm coast is built out in 5 years, the construction jobs will be gone.
Water is very expensive here. Palm coast is prone to fires if it gets very dry. Taxes are only low if you stay in the house you bought years ago, in our case 1999. This is due to the reassessments. Lower class of people locating
here now.
