Great place to live or retire

Lived here 2 years. Moved from Nashville Tn. Love Panama City beach. Beautiful weather all year long. Winter is mild. Lots of stuff to do places to eat. Traffics heavy in summer but far better than Nashville & easier to get around.
Utilities reasonable .
Police force is good.
Great places to walk. & enjoy beach. Beautiful areas to spend a weekend on the Gulf. City has a nice Rec Center too so no YMCAs here not needed.
Gas is high on beach and I hear rents high but I own so can’t say
