I Love Parkville

I have lived in Parkville for 6 years and I have no complaints. I live in a duplex in the city and feel safe. The homes in my neighborhood are well maintained. I looked at other comprable homes in the county and the size was smaller and the price higher. They are building a major highway about 5 miles away which will make commuting easier and the city is almost finished making major improvements to main street including the sidewalk and an added bike path. One more great feature about parkville: Colleges, everywhere. Towson University, Goucher, Baltimore community colleges, etc..
