This town is an unincorporated area of Yavapai County about 30 miles North of Prescott, Arizona. Very rural living, horse country and large ranches, with open range. 2 acre minimums with mobils and site built homes, surrounded by Prescott National Forest. Slow, easy lifestyle with no traffic lights.
