Love the area. We go every winter to get out of the snow and ice up north. People are friendly, there's lots to do, and the weather is good. It is a higher cost of living than what I am used to here in the midwest. Groceries and housing are both much more expensive. Otherwise, I would have given the area a 5* rating.
