Full of old people who drive really slow. A normal 5 minute drive will take on average 2-2.5 hours. People also drive like maniacs, every time you drive you have a 95% chance of being cut off, side swiped, or rear ended. Don't be surprised to see someone drive into the side of someones house and later, act like it's the homeowners fault for him drivinging into the house.
