Avoid this place like the plague.
This school does not take any action against it's students for their behavior. They send home notes.
If you kid is anything like mine, the note gets thrown away before they get anywhere near the house.
The teachers will tell you to your face that they don't have the time to enforce their own regulations, and that even a simple task like making sure assignments are written down in the assignment book THEY PROVIDE AND SET THE RULES FOR is too much hassle.
I will make no bones about my stepson being poorly behaved at school. He's a nightmare. But he thinks that the only person who cares about his behavior is me, the mean old wicked stepmother, because the school will not so much as have him sit in from a recess. They just send more notes.
They will also call for meetings. I was called for a meeting with my stepson's teachers and the principal. I was glad. I wanted to try and get something done. Instead, his teachers told me that doing anything to help me was a hassle, and the principal walked past, said "We've met" and went about her business.
Thanks for wasting my time and being completely unhelpful.
