High cost of paradise

We moved here in 1988. Everything is getting so expensive. Houses are outrageous. Homeowner's insurance is 2-3 times higher in one year! It is congested and traffic is a nightmare year round.The violent crime rate is going up all the time. The state just can't seem to get it right with education
