your over view of Poinciana, is widely over exaggerated, you do not live here. This area has so many issues and HOA problems too many to even lists, just visiting dose not give you a prospective of what it really means to live here. What you saw was a painted picture, what you did not see is well hidden from view or just visiting you would be wrong on so many levels. This area is 40 plus year old, with a controlled developer HOA that makes sure that no homeowners ever get to vote for their board. The developer after 40 years who does not pay a dime into this community still controls it. Our traffic is from hell getting in and out.
