Where to live that has everything I need?

I am looking to move. I am not sure where. However I would like a place that has a climate that ranges in between 60-90. A smaller town with a max of 20,000 population. A place with a great opportunity to find a career. And somewhere with a community college near by, also very small bugs,no cockroaches.
