Porterdale Ga is gentrifying in a good way

Porterdale ga is an old mill town with 1900s built cottages and duplexes that are all affordable. I’ve lived in Porterdale 6 years and I moved here to afford a house with a yard. I like that Porterdale is a walkable city with independently owned shops and places to eat. All Porterdale needs is an art gallery and a grocery store in my opinion. Porterdale is safe and it’s always quiet. Porterdale police are friendly and community oriented.
