OK Place for the elderly, bad for anyone else

I grew up in Pound Ridge. This is 100% not a good place for anyone to start life. It is a minuscule, desolate community with no relevant opportunities of any kind within reasonable commuting distance, nor with any affordable dwellings nearby. These factors make it impossible for young upstarts entering the workforce to get very far out of mom's basement around here. School district is also painfully grade inflated. Fine place to live if you're retired/empty nester, but don't have kids here, you'll be screwing them over massively.
