Although we are relatively new to Punta Gorda Isles (PGI), we are thrilled to be here. The homes are beautiful, and mostly waterfront. The fund to maintain the seawalls keeps the canals in great shape and a pleasure to boat through. The deed restrictions help to make this a beautiful place to live.
