I am curious. My family and I reside in Alaska full time, but decided to try renting a winter home in the town of Maricopa. We were shocked as to how expensive the utilities were, and coming from Alaska where everything is expensive that's saying something. Especially the water/sewer bill there. What is the Water bills average in Queen Creek or a 3 bed 2 bath house?

77.50 month,incl sewer. 4 bed 3 bath. rock front and back with trees and shrubs.

Ryan, The answer to your question is more complicated than you might think. Would you want grass in either the front or backyard? That will significantly affect your bill.
