Great Place to retire

My grandparents live in Randolph, and it seems like a nice quiet town. It is close to Beaver Dam where locals can shop in department stores, and a half hour's drive from Madison, the state's capital. It has a nice school district, and a public pool. There are veternarians and a clinic in the town, and hospitals located nearby in Beaver Dam and Columbus.
