Do you like teacher's wearing flip flops at school

Well Raton does. The teacher's do not have a dress code. Yet the students are not allowed to wear headband's in the middle school or hoodies. I guess some students were wearing gang colored headband's and instead of the school district saying "no gang paraphanelia" they thought it was a better idea to not allow headband's.

This town is really backwards sometimes.

If 60% or more of the population is Mexican, e.e. born raised in Mexico and now living in Raton, that is part of the Mexican culture. And please go ahead and feel as outraged at these fact as you wish.
