I moved here to years ago. I had never even been to this area. My realtor sent us pictures of Richmond Hill along with homes for sale. Her name is Cecilia Bird and we owe so much to her. We bought the house sight-unseen and have no regrets. Richmond Place is a great subdivision. There is no crime, neighbors are friendly and the streets are full of families out on bike rides, going for a swim or visiting neighbors. The lot sizes are a little small but all in all it is a wonderful neighborhood to raise a family.
