Crime continues to be a problem in the City of Richmond. The outdated public housing structure is a spawing ground for crime. This month (12/05) in the Fan area (adjacent to VCU)there have been at least 5 documented attacks on students and residents. If you can deal with outsiders in your neighborhood, than Richmond can be a special place.
