Smoke, Smoke Everywhere

I am still amazed that the capitol of VA is still allowing public smoking everywhere...........restaurants..........smoking sections.......as George Carlin once said "Having a smoking section in a restaurant is like having a peeing section in a pool"
Lots to do here.... great restaurants, art & culture abound but the smoking policies prohibit attending......so much for that.......Philip Morris does have their national/world headquarters here..........what did I expect? The low cost of living does not make up for the backward health policies.
