Review of Rochester, New Hampshire

Small Town Living with City Convenience
Star Rating - 12/8/2006
Rochester is a beautiful New England small town within commuting and shopping distance to Portsmouth and Boston. Close to both the White Mountains and the Seacoast alike, opportunities for recreation and relaxation abound. The schools are smaller in size, providing a nice teacher-student ratio. Downtown is a cluster of old shops and eateries that provides a delightful shopping experience or perfect place for a stroll. The seasons give you the best of everything, with an array of colors in the fall, beautiful snowfalls in the winter, moderate temperatures and lots of sun in the summer, and the fragrance and beauty of lilacs and other flora blossoming in the spring.
