St. Augustine South is a census place - a 2,000+ unit subdivision south of the City of St. Augustine. Two public boat ramps in the subdivision provide access to the Matanzas River/Intracoastal Waterway. Shopping is convenient. Traffic is getting worse by the day because of the rapid growth of Flagler County to our south. Public school system is one of the best in Florida. Summers are hot and very humid. 20 minutes to the beach is nice.
