San Carlos Park

I have lived in San Carlos Park for 22 years. In January the landlord sold the house. I have been living in a 1977 Dodge Sportsman rv since 1/16/2015.
The rent keeps going higher and higher in the park.
Mostly due to FGCU.
I am on the verge of homelessness because the rents skyrocketed in the park.
I really need to rent there again.
If anyone knows of a duplex or house that is available and not costing an arm and a leg please let me know.
I am 54 yrs old in 6 days.
I am alone,and have a fixed income.
If there is a good deal, I can possibly have my son move in with me.
