A nice place to live

Santa Teresa is wedged between Mexico and Texas and runs along the Rio Grande River with beautiful views of the Franklin Mountains in El Paso, Texas, our neighbor to the West. Cost of living here is low. The river valley is green and lush with many farms, horse properties, and single family homes. When you leave the valley you enter desert and mesa country. The views in any direction are striking. Many people live on the mesas with views out over the valley to the mountains and El Paso in the distance.
New Mexico has become one of the "Greenest" states in America and is a genuinely nice place to live.
