I moved to Savannah, GA 2 years ago and I've regretted it ever since. Savannah's not a bad place to visit; I really wouldn't advise anyone to live here. The positives: Downtown is historic and pretty. Winters are pretty mild. The negatives: School system sucks, crime is out of control, summer in hell would probably be cooler than summer in savannah, limited growth opportunties, a tourist/service based economy, traffic is ridiculous for a town this small (remember this street: Abercorn. you'll learn to hate if you move here). Overall, on a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give savannah a 2
