Seaford is close enough to NYC for convience, yet far enough to be a small community. The waterfront location coupled with the many cannals and private docks make for a relaxed atmosphere and friendly neighbors. The parks are busy and people of all ages seem to enjoy taking a walk up to the shops in the summer. It is still common for neighbors to know eachother and offer a helping hand when needed. This is truely a great place to live!
