As shown in the Sperling comment section for Sequim, the annual rainfall is under 15" (10" in 2005), even though the comparison matrix comes up as 65".
Location is very critical here because of the "rainshadow effects" of the Olympic Mountains. One mile variance can mean significant more rainfall.
