Mario does live down in town, along with a lot of other Penguins players. Sewickley is a great place to raise a family, and its quiet while a lot going on in the local business district as well. If you're young, it's not always the most exciting place, but Pittsburgh is only a 25-minute-max drive away, so its not impossible to find things to do either.

It's a nice place to live for certain, just don't hold out any hopes of an exciting nightlife. It's a great place to raise kids and it's quiet and pleasant. If you're a 20-something, you're going to be bored, if you've got a family to raise you'll be in good company. Can't say much about Mario as I've never met him or caught sight of him in town. This is likely because he is reported to live in Sewickley Heights, that is the community with the expensive houses in the hills above Sewickley. Many of the residents who have the money to live in some of the very large estates probably don't have much need for the local businesses.
