Nice little neighborhood

My wife and I (as well as our kids) have been living in South Plainfield since 2005. Overall, I'd say we are happy with the town and our neighborhood. There are a lot of stores, shops, and restaurants that are close by that we consider a nice convenience. Although the houses and lots in our neighborhood are on the smaller side, I don't feel as though my neighbors are on top of us. My kids aren't old enough yet to be in the school system, but I have heard good things about the elementary schools (particularly the one my kids would attend). Honestly, my only area of concern with the town overall is that I have not heard good things about the public high school. However, my oldest son is still about 11 years away from being high school age, so a lot can change in that time.
