Spartanburg -- Great Place to Live

Seems to me everyone ought to live here. Warm, caring people. Great location and climate. Up and coming economy. If you're from a big city....be forwarned. We wave to strangers, and we don't honk. Really! But then I'm biased. I moved here from Beverly Hills to be city manager. A great move!
