A Hidden Paradise

We moved here 2 years ago after a career in the US Army and federal gov't and searching in several states. The people here are incredibly nice and helpful. The taxes are only 1/10 of what we paid in Virginia. The weather is on average 7 degrees cooler than Fredericksburg, VA. The local Seventh-day Adventist church is quite active and welcoming with over 200 members from all walks of life. Everything one needs is within easy reach: Walmart, 3 gas stations, several restaurants, 3 hardware stores, a movie theater, the county gov't seat, several pharmacies, Tractor Supply, banks & credit unions, a local newspaper, K-12 schools, a hospital, clean air, car repair shops and dealerships, etc. The state capital is only an hour away.
