What difference does it make how diverse some place is? Aren't we the human race (just one race) anyway? You should focus more on culture and actions than color. For instance, is Spokane an area where you will get carjacked or mugged? Are there areas where you couldn't walk at night w/o police protection? Are taxes low? Is the school system good? These are the questions you should be asking. Not every color or ethnic group or extended family is going to ship their relatives to all 50 states just to please your ridiculous sense of diversity. Let people live where they want without complaining that there's "too many" of one kind of human in that area, which is exactly what diversity does when you think about it.
