what??? what do you mean by recreation? Coure d'Alene reservoir very close by for some of the best fishing, swimming and boating anywhere... skiing close by, mountain hiking, camping, river fishing, four wheeling, off road trails for walking or bikin, horse back riding, gold prospecting, ghost towning, sight seeing... go to post falls and ride mountain bikes clear to montana on the rails to trails trails. Spokane is located on the west side of some of the best recreation this fine country has to offer.
