Spokane is a make it or break it kind of place, it is good if you have a career in the 'system'. If you are low income there is a lot of help. There is also the dark side of Spokane, as with any other city, but here it is dirtier, meaner and dangerous. It can be a great place if you are working and living. It all depends on what you chose.
