The Spring Lake/Spring Lake Heights area as with much of the Jersey shore is changing. A lot of the older beach bungelows/cotteges are being torn down or having additions added on to them in the same way that most of NJ favors huge homes for new construction. What are a young, newly married couple looking to buy their first home to do?
