There are bad areas in all communities. You must have a particullarly bad habit of hanging around in them all. Spring Hill, in fact, has a very small "bad area". I didn't even run across a lower income neighborhood until I had lived her 2 years. We have over 75% home ownership in the area and that means pride in ownership and nicer neighborhoods.

I looked at a house in Spring Hiil, FL. The asociations fees were $125 a month and the house was accessed by the city for $67,900 and the taxes were $2,790! The selling price on the house was $87,000, which means the taxes would surely go up to $4,000 the day I moved in. If I paid cash for the house, i would still owe a huge amount every month for fees and taxes. They are forcing homeowners out of their houses by putting such a burden on people. I passed on the house and will look in another area.
