Living in Springdale

I have lived in Downtown Springdale for years and I regret buying a home here. My neighbor burns constantly and the city will not do anything to stop it. We have had people try to break into our cars and random people in our backyard that are apparently on drugs. The walking trail that the city brags about is dirty with trash hanging from the trees and the smell from the chicken plants downtown is terrible.
