St. Simons an Overview

St. Simons is a beautiful little southern island. Real estate is over priced and the variety of people is low. It is a wonderful place to raise your children and to retire. As for young adults it feels like there should be more. The night life gets old fast and most of the young people left are the ones that have no ambition.
