I lived here for six months. I love this place. A perfect blend of rural and city. I have a 8-12 mile drive for most things, but anything and every this is here. (except good avocados). People are uber friendly. Don't say hi unless you have a few minutes. Compared to my previous home property is dirt cheap but values are skyrocketing. Fall is un describable. So pretty spring is even better!!
