State College is a great place to be if you are 18-21, have never worked a day in your life and don't plan to, are an alcoholic, stay awake until 4am every night of the week and wake up at noon. Then, when you do wake up, you go drink instead of going to class. While you are walking to go drink, you walk through vomit from the night before that covers the town, and the occasional half eaten piece of pizza, ranch dressing, and broken beer bottles. Anyone who left a positive review of State College on here was drunk. I'll put money on it.
