Good Family Town

Being a military family, we have lived in several towns before State College. After nine months here, I think it is a really good place for a family. Granted, we stay away from the downtown area during the school year due to the students, but the city has many activities for the kids. I do think the school district is over-rated, given the amount of property tax we have to pay.
