Review of Sullivan, Indiana

Privatization means recreational land ownership no
Star Rating - 10/10/2009
We own a little over 100 acres of the former Minnehaha F&W area, in Hamilton Twp, Sullivan Co. Indiana. (Ours is not for sale.) Now that the adjacent land is available for private ownership, we are excited about getting permanent new neighbors. Beautiful lake front cabin sites on the deep clearwater lakes are for sale, next to us. Thousands of acres are available. Hamilton Twp is going to be transformed from underused F&W area (4 visits per acre per year)to year round cabins and homes. We have planted 65,000 trees, the soil is surprising good for a former surface coal mine. Now is the time to get your land. Welcome to Hamilton Twp.
