The lake is great but the culture is dated 50 years back. There's no cultural diversity, people are biggots, and a declining population. The youth have nothing to do but drugs and run the streets. The big businesses--car dealerships are crooks and line their pockets with cash from loans of people who cannot afford them. The downtown area is dead which was the biggest mistake of the city council. Don't move here unless you're planning on coon hunting or fishing and living alone in the woods.
