Sweetwater a place for almost anyone to live!

We bought our retirement home in Sweetwater in early 2022. We Air BnB it until we live there permanently. Our neighbors take care of our home presently, but the people that we’ve met couldn’t be more wonderful!! The Town & Village of Sweetwater have some great restaurants & shops. The views in Sweetwater are stunning. We looked at dozens of places to retire & Sweetwater won our hearts. Close to Knoxville (35 miles or so.) The Lost Sea is 6 miles away - golf courses, has it’s own Hospital. Very community minded. Great place!!
