Nice Rural Town

This is Rural living with spectacular Views of the Sweetwater range and a few miles away from the California border. Is it perfect…NO. You choose to live here because of the 3-5 Acre Lots, homes where you can keep horses, goats and have the views. There are some original homes from the 70’s, some are empty because of death in the family and stuck in probate etc. This a community of mostly older retired people, and as people pass away the demographics are changing, as do the homes with new structures replacing the old. If you desire rural life, it’s good, we know our neighbors and just about anyone will help you, and they wave as you drive past. Don’t expect it to be suburbia where you don’t talk to your neighbors and filled with strip malls.
