Review of Tucson, Arizona

Tucson is friendly- but the lack of green and wate
Star Rating - 4/21/2009
I've only been here a short time- but the intense "dry" with lack of close lakes and "grass"- is hard for a dog lover. We can't let the dogs out for too long- from April to October for fear of scorpions, rattlesnakes and - well- heat. So, it has been an adjustment.. it's beautiful near the foothills and the adobe house and buildings are great. People are very friendly- the ones who live here- But with the influx folks from around the country- and many of the seniors- the drivers here are very scary...

I wish the city would do more to "green it up". It's a beautiful city that seems to be falling apart..
