I've lived and grew up in the Midwest, years in NY, mid-south and south, Kansas, CA... and overseas in Germany and South West Asia. That is my prospective... so if there are those who hate Tucson so much because of schools, the weather, Mexicans, price of homes, legality of the 2nd amendment, whatever... LEAVE. Why would you ever voluntarily live in a place you detest so much? My suggestions:
-hate the schools? Educate your own kid, genius.
-Hate the heat? Move to North Dakota.
-Hate the overpriced homes in Tucson? Buy something in SF or NYC and move
-Hate the cost of living? Rent. Its the cheapest market in the western US
-Hate that citizens can bear arms? Move to North Korea
-Hate the crime? Move to North Korea
-Hate the cost of Health Care? Move to Cuba (its free there)
-Hate the trafic? Move to Amish country
The point? Just move. It will make Tucson so much better when you leave (less demand for housing, more money for other kids in school, fewer cars on the road, few innocent people to be victimized, less demand for health care.
Stop complaining and start packing. MOVE!
