Nice place to live, not a great place to work in t

Great parks, beaches, weather is temperate (hot in the summer, cold in the winter), lots of things to do and places to go. Traffic is getting pretty bad between normal rush hours, and even on weekends. No rail systems, only buses and cars, etc. Some bike paths, but not well connected across the city. The IT employment opportunities here are really limited. Worse than any other metro region along the east coast.
