I have a small white beach cottage to sell. 340,000. House has two bedrooms, a loft(sleeping), dining/great room. 2.5 baths, gas fireplace, washer dryer-frig convey House has gas range new mircowave. House built in 2000. Subdivision Three Ships Landing. Two blocks to pristine Chesapeake Bay Beach. Beach has walkways down to the water.Home has pergo floors downstairs. 1550 sg ft. single family house in condo association...no yard work...House is on Shore Drive..home to great seafood restaurants...marinia..and a city boat launch...Virginia Beach has city operated recreation centers that are very cheap.
