I am a REALTOR(R) in Virginia Beach. I love this city. We live in the southern section near the Municipal Center. The neighborhoods, schools, beach, and amenities are top notch. Yes, housing prices have risen, but still not bad compared to other localities. There are many real estate opportunities available in this market that will pay off later when the market turns. Our economy, military, and other businesses keep Virginia Beach thriving.
