Public Transportation not covenient

People in Virginia Beach drive . The buses are available but not practical. You'll be standing in the bus stop by yourself because you seldom find people who takes the bus. Crossing the pedestrian lane is tough too. You don't see people walking here because everybody drives therefore you are the only one crossing the street .It's safer being in your car because the pedestian lanes are not "pedestrian-friendly" because of how the traffic flow goes. You seldom find taxicabs in the streets except at the airport.
